When you use Experal, we automatically collect:

  • Location signals: country and region inferred from your IP address, used to display relevant currency and pricing

  • Between buyers and sellers: When a purchase is made, we share the buyer's shipping address and order details with the relevant seller so they can fulfil the order. The seller's storefront name and contact details are visible to buyers.
  • Payment processing: We use Stripe to process all payments. Stripe may collect and store payment information under its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: We share data with trusted third parties that help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics). These providers are contractually bound to keep your data secure.
  • Legal compliance: We may disclose information if required to do so by law, court order, or government authority.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the acquiring entity.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
